Privacy Policy

Procedió is a trade name of 1001050182 Ontario Inc. dba Procedio. This Privacy Policy explains how Procedió (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website and Service.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email address, name, and authentication details when you sign up with email/password or Google.

Workspace content: the procedures, documents, step lists and session history you create or upload.

Usage data: browser type, IP address, feature usage and error logs, collected to keep the Service reliable and secure.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive only subscription status, billing period and seat count — card details never touch our servers.

2. Screen sharing and video

When you run a live check, screen frames are captured in your browser, analysed locally by the AI, and then discarded. Video never leaves your device. Only step status, alert events and session summaries are sent to our servers.

3. How we use information

We use your data to:

• provide, operate and improve the Service;
• authenticate you and enforce access controls;
• process payments and manage subscriptions;
• respond to support requests and prevent abuse.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, auth, payments), and when required by law. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your saved procedures while your account is active. Live-session history, call-outs and notes you have already resolved are deleted automatically 12 months after they were created. Screen frames and call audio are analysed in the moment and never stored.

From “Your data” in the app you can download a copy of everything you have, or permanently delete your procedures, sessions, call-outs and notes and close your account. Active data is removed immediately; backups are purged on our standard schedule. We keep a content-free record that a deletion happened, for security and compliance.

6. Security

All traffic between your browser and Procedió uses TLS. Authentication uses secure, HTTP-only cookies and short-lived access tokens. Documents are encrypted at rest and isolated by row-level security rules.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
