Terms of Service
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Procedió is operated by 1001050182 Ontario Inc. dba Procedio (“we”, “us”, or “Procedió”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Procedió website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Procedió lets teams upload standard operating procedures and training documents, then uses AI to check a shared screen against those procedures in real time. Screen frames are analysed in the browser and are not stored by Procedió; only step status, alerts and session summaries are kept.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Procedió offers a free plan limited to building up to three procedures, and a paid Team plan billed monthly at the price shown on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise. Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details. You may change seats or cancel at any time from the Billing page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- share screens that contain illegal, confidential-to-others or sensitive personal data without proper authority;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service;
- upload malware, viruses or infringing material.
5. Content and data
You retain ownership of the procedures, documents and other content you upload. You grant us the limited right to store, process and display that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train generative AI models.
6. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and is not a substitute for human review or compliance auditing. Procedió flags steps based on the procedures you provide; it cannot detect errors in undocumented steps or out-of-date SOPs. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Service after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms. You may delete your account at any time; we may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
